As a Senior Sous Chef he mastered the kind of cooking that makes people stop mid-conversation — bold flavors, precise technique, and food that tells a story. His menus draw from Caribbean, Latin, Mediterranean and Asian traditions, finished with New England ingredients. Away from the kitchen Falco is just as at home on a hiking trail, tinkering under the hood of a car, or spending time with family and friends.
