Every member is screened during onboarding. Anyone flagged is permanently denied. Elevated risk profiles are reviewed by our team.

Verified Membership ID

Once you pass both checks, you receive a unique Suppah Social Membership ID — your key to the platform.

Valid state or local food handler certification verified during onboarding. No exceptions.

Address Privacy

Event addresses are never shown publicly. Only confirmed ticket holders see the address, and only 72 hours before the event.

Privacy by Default

Your government ID is processed by Stripe Identity and immediately discarded. We only keep the verification status — never your raw ID.

Payments

Stripe Connect

Chefs and hosts receive payments directly through Stripe Connect. No invoicing, no chasing payments.

Funds Held Until Completion

Guest payments are held securely until the event is completed. If an event is cancelled, guests get an automatic refund.

Transparent Fee Splits

Events: 70% chef, 25% host, 5% platform. Private dining: 95% chef, 5% platform. Meal prep: 95% chef, 5% platform. No hidden fees.
