Pricing — Rhode Island Meal Prep

$14–$24 per meal.Premium proteins (lamb, prime cuts, wild-caught seafood — relevant in Newport / coastal RI) or specialty diets (full keto, low-FODMAP, paleo) trend toward the upper end. Standard rotating menus stay around $16–$18. Each chef sets their own meals-per-week minimum (typically 4 to 6 meals minimum to subscribe).

Charges run automatically every Monday at 7:00 UTC for the upcoming week. Cancel from the dashboard at any point; your card stops being charged from the next Monday onward.
