Community Rules
Suppah Social is built on trust. These rules keep our community safe, respectful, and delicious.
For Guests
- Arrive on time. Chefs plan their courses around your arrival.
- Respect the host's home—follow any house rules they set.
- Submit dietary restrictions and allergies before the event so the chef can plan accordingly.
- Be courteous to your fellow diners, your chef, and your host.
- Leave the space as you found it. Clean up after yourself.
- No outside food is permitted at any event. BYOB drinks (wine, beer, etc.) are welcome unless the event listing specifies otherwise.
For Chefs
- Accurately describe your menu and any potential allergens.
- Source quality ingredients and follow food-safety best practices.
- Arrive early to set up and communicate with your host.
- Leave the kitchen and space clean after the event.
- Honor your posted menu—no last-minute swaps without guest notice.
Accountability:The event address is revealed 72 hours before the event—that is the cancellation cutoff. Cancelling after this window triggers a community review. Three cancellations result in permanent removal from the community. We hold this standard to protect hosts, guests, and the trust that makes this community work.
For Hosts
- Keep your space clean, safe, and accurately represented in photos.
- Ensure all listed amenities (kitchen equipment, seating, etc.) are available and functional.
- Be reachable on event day in case the chef or guests need anything.
- Do not cancel after the 72-hour window unless there is a genuine emergency.
- Respect guest privacy—no recording or photographing without consent.
Accountability: Cancelling after the 72-hour window triggers a community review. Three cancellations result in permanent removal. Hosts are expected to honor their commitments once the address has been shared with guests.
