We want every Suppah Social experience to be worth your time. If plans change, here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Guest Cancellation Policy

Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to the event start time.

7+ days before event100% refund

Plenty of time to resell the seat.

48 hours – 7 days before50% refund

Chef may have already purchased ingredients.

Less than 48 hoursNo refund

Too late to fill the seat.

No-showNo refund

No-shows waste everyone's time.

Chef & Host Cancellations

If a chef or host cancels, all ticket-holding guests receive a full refund automatically.

Accountability System

Strikes help us maintain the quality and reliability of our community. Strikes apply to chefs and hosts only.

For Chefs

  • 1st strike:Warning — your event history is flagged.
  • 2nd strike: Temporary suspension from hosting events.
  • 3rd strike: Membership review and possible removal.

For Hosts

  • 1st strike:Warning — your space listing is flagged.
  • 2nd strike: Temporary suspension from listing spaces.
  • 3rd strike: Membership review and possible removal.
